Cooperative Agencies Resources for Education (CARE)
CARE Program Mission: The mission of the Cooperative Agencies Resources for Education (CARE) program at Coastline College is to provide additional support services to students in the EOPS program who are single parents and are receiving cash aid through CalWORKs/TANF.

What is CARE?
Cooperative Agencies Resources for Education (CARE) Program is a supplemental program to EOPS that is designed to provide the extra help a single parent may need to achieve their academic and career goals.
What services does CARE offer Students?
CARE Program Benefits:
In addition to EOPS Program services, CARE students also may qualify to receive:
- Academic counseling
- CARE semester grant and scholarships
- Meal cards
- Workshops, events, and conferences
- Referrals to on and off campus resources
How do I qualify for CARE?
Program Eligibility:
To be eligible for the CARE program at Coastline College students must:
- Meet EOPS program eligibility
- Be at least 18 years of age or older
- Be declared single-head of household by CalWORKs/TANF be a CalWORKs/TANF cash-aid recipient
- Have at least one child under the age of 18.
