Katherine has had over 20 years in STEM where she spent majority of her engineering career in manufacturing. Then transitioned to teaching when she joined the ROP staff. During her tenure she was awarded the Teacher of Year in part due to her work as a team manager for the high school esports program. She then went on to be the VP of operations with Esport-Management, a global online platform dedicated to helping gamers improve their game. She is currently the founder of Esports College and Career Pathways where the mission is to provide a safe and supportive environment for gamers to improve. Her most recent work includes projects with Collegiate Combine where gamers have the opportunity to be recruited by a college or university for a substantial scholarship, women in gaming (the Hive), high school & collegiate esports consulting, and launching Esports Playground in Orange County California.

Donna came to the Auto Club of Southern California with over 35 years of industry experience, most of which was in casualty and litigation. She has multi-state experience in Personal Auto, Homeowner, Commercial Auto and Commercial General Liability. She managed the Midwest and Eastern Regions at 21st Century/AIG, along with nationwide responsibilities at Farmers Insurance. In 2010, she was integral in building the National Commercial Auto Center of Excellence based in Arizona, where she managed people, process and files with large injury exposures and complex coverage issues. In 2012, Donna transitioned to Commercial General Liability and was one of three Commercial Zone Managers for the United States. During that time, she was responsible for a national coverage team and Southern California mid and large loss teams.

Her current roll is overseeing over 350 people in Southern California’s Casualty, Mobile and Litigation units as well as a nationwide SIU department. In addition to her technical responsibilities, she has coordinated efforts with agents and underwriting regarding risk analysis, claim trends and new customer value propositions. Donna graduated from the University of California at Irvine, majoring in psychology. With respect to industry education, she is pursuing her CPCU designation through the Institutes. Additionally, Donna attended a Presidential Leadership program through the Ronald Reagan Library and attended a year-long Accelerator Program through Pro-Sim to enhance her leadership skills and business acumen. Donna resides in Mission Viejo with her husband Rene. They have one son, Chris, who is practicing employment law. Donna loves spending time with her family and their dog Zoe. Roy Sahachaisere is a 4th year student at California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) currently focusing on his undergraduate degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. His future goal is to pursue post-graduate law education in criminal corporate law. He graduated from Coastline College in May of 2022. At CSUF he has participated in the Communication Forensic team for Speech and Debate and is an active participant in Project Rebound on campus. During his tenure at Coastline, he was active as the Associated Student Government (ASG) Vice President and involved in activities such as the Commencement Committee, the President Search Committee, and representing the students voice on the Management Committee. He also was one of the longest standing Student Trustees for the Coast Community College District, serving in 2020 and being re-elected by his peers in 2021. Also, during his tenure with Coastline in 2020 Roy started the Coastline Business Club which is still active today.

In his working career he brings over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience. His experience ranges from Fortune 500 companies like Morgan Stanley Dean Witter to his own firms, Action Sports Hub, & InvestSource Inc. He volunteers, helping those around him as well as helping establish an Orange County Chapter of the "Best Day Foundation," (now Epic Days Foundation), a non-profit organization that works with mentally handicapped individuals. He has also supported other organizations to help feed the homeless and stays active in youth sports for his 12-year-old son.
