Erin Thomas
Instructor Thomas is a full-time faculty member of Coastline College.
Biography
Erin Thomas is a Business instructor at Coastline College. She has taught business courses since 2009. She spent the first 13 years in the workforce in the information technology field, where she started as a database programmer, moved into project management of ERP system implementations, and ultimately became a Director of Information Technology for QUALCOMM Inc in San Diego. At peak responsibility, she led a team of over 100 people and had budgetary responsibility exceeding $25 million annually. She then earned her MBA while working full time, allowing her to internally transfer into customer-facing roles in QUALCOMM"s international cellphone application business.
Erin's Teaching Philosophy
