Coastline's Intercultural Resource Center (IRC) provides a welcoming space for all students.
Committed to developing all students into the most empowered version of themselves.
The Intercultural Resource Center (IRC) is a safe space for Coastline College students to learn about themselves and their community through workshops, mentorship sessions, and collaboration with their peers. The IRC collaborates with campus and community partners to develop intentional programming to bring awareness and diversity to students.
Stop in - virtually speaking - to ask questions about ASG, Clubs, NSLS, IRC, and all the ways to get involved on campus, or just say hi. We're available every Monday 2-4pm via Zoom. Here you can:

At the IRC, we understand that our students have multiple roles and responsibilities that go beyond the classroom. Whether it is work, family, or friends, students have a lot to balance! The Students of Color Conference is a one-day event, hosted by Coastline College's Intercultural Resource center. This event is for college and high school students in Southern California to talk about their shared experiences. While this conference is geared towards students of color, this is also a space open for any students who are willing to learn about others' experiences and share their own. Together, as a community, the Conference will allow attendees to reflect on their strengths, discuss their challenges, and identify solutions about what it means to hold their identity.
Looking to connect with other students, play games, and learn about college resources? Come to our virtual community hours Meet Up Mondays. We meet every Monday 2-4pm via Zoom, where students share casually about how they're doing with life and school. Any questions? Email irc@coastline.edu.
