Refund Dates

Students must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress, have completed their financial aid files, and been packaged funds, before a refund can be scheduled.

• Pell Grant 
  • First 25% refund is for books and supplies.
  • Second 25% refund is scheduled after census.
  • Final 50% refund is scheduled after the freeze date.

• Direct Loans - 6 unit minimum
  • Important Changes to Loans

• Late start courses would be not included in any refund, until the classes have begun. 

• Only classes required for your Program of Study are eligible for a refund.

Refund dates are subject to change without notice.

All semesters/terms have the same enrollment status, including summer session.
