Coastline Events

Coastline Community College, in partnership with the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), is proud to host the Fourth Annual Latino Youth Leadership Academy.

This fun-filled day of workshops will focus on teaching leadership skills that teens can apply when navigating college or a career.

This is a FREE event that will take place on March 26, 2010 at Coastline's Garden Grove Center (click here for a map to this center).

This Annual Walk for Brain Injury Awareness is held at Huntington Central Park and hosted by Coastline's Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) program. Proceeds support the ABI program. Registration begins at 8am, walk begins at 9am. Registration fee is $20 per walker. Volunteer opportunities are available. Contact Lisa Winger for more information at (714) 241-6214 x17216.

The annual EOPS Student Awards Breakfast recognizes the outstanding efforts of the program's graduates for 2010. Those who have been awarded scholarships and the "Student of the Year" are also recognized.

Don't miss the Coastline DDL (Developmentally Delayed Learner) program's Hawaiian Luau! Event will be held at the Coastline Costa Mesa Center on Friday, May 7, 2010 from 6pm to 8:30pm. This special event will benefit the DDL program and DDL students.
