The faculty password reset request is monitored between the hours of 8:00am to 9:00pm, Monday through Thursday and 8:00am - 5:00pm on Fridays.

Staff

Welcome to the MyCCC Help Desk and Password Reset request service. The Online Help Desk is monitored between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Your request will be processed within two business days of submission. When your request is fulfilled, an email will be sent to the email address you submitted on your college application.
