Computer Services Technology
Coastline College's Computer Services Technology Department is one of the most vibrant and innovative computer training providers in the Southland. CST courses cover everything from the basics (like CompTIA A+, Server+, Network+, and Security+) and the major operating systems (including Linux and Microsoft) to the systems like Cisco and wireless networking that tie them all together. There are also specializations to enhance your career, such as Computer Forensics, Ethical Hacking, Windows Server Administration, and Virtualization. Join us to improve your hands-on skills or learn new ones.
The CST Department is proud to have been designated a Center of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense Education by the National Security Agency and Department of Homeland Security in 2014. Our courses align with the knowledge units of the NICE Workforce Framework, providing students with the skills needed to work in today’s cybersecurity and computer networking roles. With both face-to-face and online classes, you can choose the class style that is most appropriate for you and your schedule.
